Daily responsibilities:
- Maintain & develop customer relationships through telephone
- Issue and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives
- Understand performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results
- Provide assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems using C4C CRM for already traced contacts and leads as well as SAP BW for existing customers, follow up and develop these new leads
- Pro-actively manage customer base in line with account segmentation
- Office duties : managing contracts as well as contract supplies (lease ,mobile contracts etc.)
- Actively reduce customer erosion and track performance on a monthly or weekly basis
- Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed)
- Transport arrange and evidence
- Shipments planning to the customer, shipping documents' preparation
Requirements:
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in supply chain related field
- Ability to work using their own initiative or equally as part of a (international) team.
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel is a must
- Proficient in MS Office & have experience with C4C sales platforms.
- Very good level of English both in writing and speaking is a must
- Target driven with the ability to measure own success using Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
