For our Client, prestigious and well-known Company based in the heart of Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates for Customer Service Representative position.
Within this position you will be a first-point of contact for British customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns. You will be also updating customer information in the database.
We are looking for candidates with fluent English (min. C1) and previous customer service experience in any field. The successful candidate for this role should have strong communication and problem solving skills and eagerness to learn new things.
The company offers opportunity to develop in a well-known company. Attractive salary (5000-6000 PLN gross), benefit package and trainings are also included.
