


Customer Service Representative with English
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone calls from customers regarding technical issues with problem to access to client website
• Processing customers’ requests and updating data in the computer systems
• Following prescribed processes
• Providing customers with all requested and relevant information
• Cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issue
Job requirements:
• Fluent English - level C1
• Enthusiastic, communicative people that are willing to support our customers
• Customer service experience (is an asset but is not necessary
• Very good interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong Customer service Focus
• Team player
• Able to pick up new tasks quickly
• Basic computer skills
