To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative(m/f/d).
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
• The main responsibility will be to provide an excellent standard of customer service to our existing clients. Our Customer Service Representatives are self-motivated and able to work as a part of a team;
• 1st & 2nd Level Support for existing clients regarding SimCorp Dimension (Front-to-Middle Office) and bespoke IT solutions for the asset management industry;
• Assist our clients in recording and maintaining static data, booking of security trades, F/X and derivatives transactions and corporate actions;
• Realization and monitoring of straight-through processing in the area of Front-Office/Middle-Office system, parametrisation of related tasks;
• Setup new procedures and functions in SimCorp Dimension;
• Take over Application Management for our clients;
• Maintenance of investment guidelines in SimCorp Dimension;
• Applicant’s intermediate IT skills will help to solve problems and find sustain-able solutions;
• Active involvement in the onboarding process of new clients.

• A proactive, naturally helpful and service orientated individual which is well organized with good attention to details;
• Self-motivator who is able to use own initiative and works without close supervision;
• Good knowledge of securities, f/x and derivatives products;
• Understanding of asset management or keen interest in the business as a minimum;
• Computer literate and good analytical skills;
• Accuracy with figures or financial acumen;
• Good knowledge of SimCorp Dimension is a great advantage (but not essential);
• Fluent in German and English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience with Bloomberg is an advantage.
