Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of English and German
- Higher education
- Leadership experience/skills, gained in customer support
- Excellent social and communication skills in cooperation with stakeholders at different levels of hierarchy
- Self-confidence and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a well-structured way
Main activities:
- Providing an individual Customer Care of the assigned Customers through the overall lifecycle
- Acting as a Single Point of Contact for assigned Premium Customers
- Managing the team up to 20 employees
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the day-to-day business adhering to the agreed SLAs at the same time
- Supporting and actively managing the backlog and creating capacity management as well as active teamwork
- Analyzing, processing and implementing new customer and sales concerns
- Ensuring the smooth introduction of new services and products
- Ensuring efficient cost management and implementation of measures for process optimization and improvement of efficiency
- Expanding the know-how of the Enabling and Acquiring business units of all employees
- Conducting close collaboration with key account managers and other premium teams to integrate new customers/projects in efficient and cost-effective way in the line with existing process map
