Customer Service Coordinator with English

For our client an international company, leading provider of renewable solutions, we are currently looking for Customer Service Coordinator with English to join the Back Office team located in Warsaw.

On this position you will have daily contact with internal clients (sales, supply chain and logistics departments) on a global scale. Moreover, you will be responsible for receiving, processing and confirming orders and for processing sample requests. As an Order Management Specialist you will be monitoring customer sales plan, quota, credit limits and overdue payments. Your daily duties will also include: maintaining customer related system data and price agreements.

We are seeking candidates with experience in customer service or order management area and with advanced English skills. The other European languages will be an asset. Knowledge of IT-tools used in customer service (MS Office, Fenix, SAP R/3 sales receivables) is a huge advantage. Person with good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and customer focused attitude is preferred.
