On behalf of my client, global company from financial services sector, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Business Processes Senior.
On this position you will be responsible for cooperating with an international team to build a macro customer service industrialisation plan, being an adviser, supporting local line managers to implement individual plan and monitoring progress on each step. Moreover, you will play a driving force in achieving milestones, set priorities, maintain an industrialisation reporting, solving escalations.
We are seeking candidates with working knowledge of customer service area and payments sector. Previous experience in project management and change management is required as well as fluent English. Knowledge of SAP will be an asset. In addition, you need to present well developed organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
