Customer Service Agent for Slovakia Market
The main responsibilitieswill be pro-active contact with customers in Slovakia Market, supporting to customers by phone, e-mail, online to process orders, maintain customer data and capture and handle any customer enquiries. Moreover you will be responsible for building long term relationships and providing the high level service.
We are looking forcandidates with experience in dealing with customers either face-to-face or over the phone, computer skills (Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge is an advantage) and good interpersonal skills.
Fluent command of Slovakand communicative Englishare necessary.
To be successful on this position you should be inquisitive, goal-oriented person with proactive approach as well as be effective communicator and influencer.
