We are looking for Customer Service Specialist with English.
Reporting to Senior Customer Operations Manager, supporting and being part of the Business Unit (Poland, Ukraine, Baltics) Operations team consisting of 7 people in 3 countries. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, result oriented, service minded and analytical person with previous experience in customer service or sales support of at least 2 years. She or he should have solid level of commercial understanding, be proficient in SAP and MS Office and have fluent verbal and written English.

Currently we are looking for Customer Service Specialist with English for the consumer driven oriented organization,which is a market leader in its segment and managed to grow its turnover and consumer sales consistently over the years.On a daily basis, the Candidate will be responsible for completion of ownership of order-to-cash process, improvement of customer collaboration and satisfaction via order handling and fulfillment, logistics, data exchange, general service and responsiveness. Ownership in regular reporting focused on SBU performance, KPIs, Inventories and Business agendas; including driving the necessary corrective actions and communications. Moreover, the Candidate will support sales and operations teams with operations related analysis.
We are looking for Candidates with at least 2 years' of experience within sales support, customer service or logistics area. SAP knowledge will be asset. English on at least B2 level is compulsory.
