Due to constant growth, a Scandinavian fashion company, is looking for Customer Happiness Agentswith Romanian or Hungarian.
This is a full time position in a modern office in the city centre. The main responsibility is providing the best customer service for customers on telephone calls and emails.
Person on this position will be responsible for supporting customers regarding their shopping experience online
and/or in stores. This will include enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and processing payments.
It’s a shift-based job (the last shift ends at 8:00 pm).
We are looking for sociable and communicative team players full of drive and optimism,who are fluent in Hungarian or Romanian (both spoken and written) and possess excellent interpersonal skills. We also expect initiative and readiness to learn.
