Job Description

For one of our client39s, International transportation company we are looking for a Customer Financial Service Specialists.✓ Location: Cracow✓ Hybrid working model (office 2x per week)
As a Customer Financial Service Specialist, you will be a key member of the European Ship-To-Collect Business Partner Team, advising and supporting our largest customers and internal stakeholders in matters related to invoicing, cash application, invoice disputes, and collections. You will lead customer-specific invoicing solutions, manage bad debt risk, and contribute to revenue growth.
Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic initiatives across Europe to optimize customer experience and bad debt management
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to support business retention and development
• Design and implement process improvements in coordination with other departments
• Analyze and address structural issues impacting sales and business operations
• Support customer transitions, ensuring smooth processes and enhanced customer experience
• Resolve operational challenges by establishing workflows that connect different business areas
• Independently manage workload and coordinate activities in a multinational environment
• Conduct meetings with European customers, requiring strong project management and strategic support skills

Requirements:

• Experience in finance and/or sales and/or customer service, with strong project management skills
• Advanced analytical skills (proficiency in Excel: formulas, pivot tables)
• Critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience in cross-functional meetings and working in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English (advanced level)
• Knowledge of German, French, Italian, and Spanish is a plus
