Customer Care Specialist with German

Opis stanowiska pracy

In regard to further development of one of our Clients, we are currently seeking Candidate for a position of:




Order handling and follow up, from order entry into the respective systems to delivery and invoice

Request order confirmation and delivery deadline from the planning departments

Sending order confirmation to customers and follow up on order/call off status, ensure timely departure of the goods and inform customers about any unforeseen changes in a proactive way

Responding to customer needs: deadline enquiries, prices, samples, commercial assets

Cooperating with sales representatives in the field of sales, progress of current orders, especially in cases of malfunctions (planning, disputes) and overall customer relation

Manage customer inventory: follow up on missing or excess inventory and assist customers to keep inventory under control by sending weekly reports to prevent aging of stock

Ensures shipment tracking in conjunction with the factory for orders placed

Assist the team in re/organising the delivery priorities according to the geographical proximity, delivery volume or the sensitivity of the customer and contact freight forwarder/mill logistics to resolved transport delays

Assists with invoicing process, credit note, credit control and chasing of late payments where needed





At least 1 year experience in a similar role within a multinational company (experience in manufacturing organziation will be a plus)

Fluent in German and English

Developed computer skills incl. Ms Office package and knowledge of ERP systems

Communicativeness and willingness to work with the client on a daily basis

Flexible approach - proactive in finding effective solutions to difficult problems or situations





Permanent contract (after 3 months trial)
