The Customer Care Specialist with Finnish is the first point of contact for the commercial and logistics support. This is done via telephone, email and online channels such as chat, web and portals.

• Fluent in English and FINNISH
• Strong attention to detail
• Procurement/contract management background
• Engage in concurrent or overlapping audits
• Detect and comprehend subtle differences in documents/documentation
• Quickly and clearly communicate with Suppliers regarding issues with audit documents
• Complete tasks in a timely manner.
