
Customer Care Specialist with English
Miejsce pracy: KrakówFor one of our American Client who is cooperating in new technology sector, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with fluent English, who will be responsible for order process support.
Daily tasks:
- Managing the contact with English speaking Clients
- Processing the documentation of the ordered goods
- Taking care of the data inserted to the system
- Handling of returns and complaints
- Setting up new clients in the database
- Mainly contact through e-mail/phone
Requirements:

Other requirements:
- Very good skills in English
- Customer Service experience will be an asset
- Good level of using MS Office, especially Excel
- Accuracy, ability to work with large amounts of data
- Ability to work in a team
