For our Client, an international company located in the city centre of Kraków, we are looking for candidates interested in Customer Care Specialist positions.
We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced candidates with fluency in English and willingness to develop their skills and knowledge!
You will be responsible for managing customers queries via email, chat and phone, advising them and building relationship and positive experience. You will be also maintaining and updating customers data in the system.
The Company offers standard contract of employment, full induction and additional trainings, benefits such as Multisport card and private health care, salary between 4500-6000 gross (based on your skills and language level).
