Custody Fin Operations Specialist

If you want to gain knowledge of financial markets, while working in multi-cultural environment then Securities Services Operations is the place for you!
The Domestic Custody Unit in Warsaw (within Securities Services Operations) is responsible for repair of clients’ trades that came into our system formatted as a SWIFT message, inputting client instructions based on faxed instructions etc.
Please note we have both standard day time and evening (16.00 to 24.00) hour roles available, evening shift workers receive a bonus to their salary.
You will:
- be responsible for ensuring client’s trade/instructions settle on the market,
- answering queries from various teams involved in transaction processing and settlement activities on European and Global market
- ensure all financial instruments are processed correctly,
- educating clients on correct SWIFT formats and prevailing market practices
- gain vast knowledge of fund administration business,
- perform root cause analysis of common repair reasons and suggest enhancements
- actively engaging in process improvement initiatives
If you are:
