Our Client, a newly established and fast-growing expertise centre of a leading global management consultancy, is looking for top-quality, multingual candidates with varying degrees of business experience to fill the roles of:
CRM & Marketing Coordinator with German or SpanishMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
The role:

Support the Company Executives in updating their Client databases
-
Deliver CRM trainings for Executives, especially new hires
-
Support Digital Mailing management
-
Cooperate with local PR agency
-
Organize PR translations and approvals
-
Liaise with the global PR department to pursue international media opportunities
-
Maintain the Company’s Alumni database
-
Ensure regular Alumni communication (email, webinars, events, newsletters, etc.)
-
Events support and Client invitation management
-
Communications media review
-
Maintain contact with local marketing teams in other offices
-
Support development and execution of marketing plans
The candidate:
-
At least a years’ experience in CRM Systems (preferred Microsoft) and Marketing
-
Full professional proficiency in English (C2/C1 level)
-
High professional proficiency in German or Spanish (at least B2 level)
-
Excellent command of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Internet along with good Excel and PowerPoint skills
-
Experience of working in a demanding environment, preferably professional services or with a blue chip company in an administrative capacity

Very good organization, prioritization and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail

At least good knowledge of Polish
