For our Client - an international provider of fire protection and security systems - we are looking for experienced and motivated person to take the position of Country Manager.
The person on this position would be responsible for development and performance of all business activities in assigned market (sales, marketing, logistics, warehouse, finance), staffs and directs all employees in Poland and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line of company's vision and values. Country Sales Manager would establish plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and business opportunities,expand the customer base and turn the company to a full system and service providing organization, take responsibility for development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. The person would be responsible for control of revenue, margins and expenses (P&L responsibility), recruitment and motivation ofthe team.
We are waiting for applications from candidates having at least 5 years of experience and proven successesin sales management within fire protection systems / building intelligence systems / HVAC / electrical installationindustry, strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, strategic approach towards business,proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams. Very good command of English is a must.To be successful on this position youhave to be target oriented and decisive, have excellent communication skills, be engaged and forward oriented.
