Responsibilities:
- financial analysis of enterprises and investment projects
- building financial models for the needs of financing acquisition or restructuring
- preparation of feasibility studies and investment profitability analysis
- implementation of PPP transactions
- preparation of documentation for the needs of the process of obtaining financing and other reports (information memoranda, analyses, presentations, etc.)
- ongoing contact with corporate clients
- project team management
Requirements:
- professional experience in Corporate Finance, transactional services, business valuation, corporate and investment banking
- practical experience in the development of financial forecasts and model building
- professional knowledge in the field of analysing financial statements. indicators and investment projects evaluation
- experience in project team management
- higher education in Economics, Finance or Business Management
- CFA title will be an advantage
- excellent knowledge of MS Excel, VBA and PowerPoint
- developed analytical skills, accuracy, care for high quality of tasks performed
- fluent English
