It is a stable company and currently, due to the further development of the company, they are looking for a person for the position of Controlling Team Leader. What does a person in the position of Controlling Team Leader do?






• coordinates and prepares reporting of senior management, including the Investment Council, Supervisory Board, Workers 'Council, and the Leaders' Conference


• is responsible for supporting the Transfer Pricing process.


• is responsible for maintaining and improving processes related to Controlling, prepares forecast, budget and other planning models, supports the implementation of PowerBI.


• Supports innovation, automation and digitisation in a flexible, solution-oriented and pragmatic approach.






What does the person we are looking for have?






• A master's degree or an equivalent qualification in finance, economics, business administration or a related subject


• experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)


• Working knowledge of accounting systems and reporting tools (BI) will be an advantage


• passion for digitisation, new technologies and business transformation


• Strong networking and communication skills to be presented and influenced by higher levels of management


• Fluent in English, German would be an asset


• The first experience in people management will be an asset, but is not required.
