On behalf of my client, global company from financial services sector, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Continuous Improvement Manager/Lean Expert
On this position you will be responsible for identification and implementation of continuous improvement measures in order to ensure process and services quality within an international Customer Service organization, implementation of LEAN program and a LEAN culture. Moreover, you will be acting as coach and trainer for all employees to improve lean processes and behaviours and you will prepare analyses and reports of quality and productivity.
We are seeking candidates with minimum 3 years of professional experience gained on a similar position preferably in customer service area. Proven experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean Management tools and methods is required as well as fluent English. In addition, you need to present well developed organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
