For one of our clients, an international company with a Shared Services Center located in Warsaw, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT EXPERT.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT EXPERTwill be responsible for hands-on implementation and managing of the Constant Improvement program across the SSC, especially concentrating on process standardization, system improvements, and building continuous improvement culture within the company. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT EXPERTwill be responsible for analyzing gaps and inconsistencies across existing processes and recognizing the standardization scope, initiating and leading improvement projects, recommending tools/solutions aimed at supporting process efficiency, as well as implementing the changes, all this in close cooperation with all Department Heads and Management of the company, as well as with a range of internal clients and external vendors.
We are looking for candidates with strong practical knowledge of Lean Management / Six Sigma, and proven track recordof successfully standardizing and improving processes in SSC environment, who are able to work independentlyand on their own initiative. Fluency in Englishis required, as well as experience working in a matrix structure with project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving and ability to drive change will be essential on this position.
