Our Client, a global company is opening a new GBS in Warsaw and is looking for an Expert/Trainer for Continuous Improvement Management position.
Your new role
On this position You will be responsible for leading key improvement initiatives across all areas of GBS. You will act as a coach for local employees. You will have a chance to provide trainings on CI methodologies and tools for them and also to have positive impact on CI culture. Your duties will also include reviewing KPI’s of local team and making recommendations if needed.
Qualifications
Successful Candidates will have previous experience on similar position including project management and line management experience and who had a chance to be a coach for others. What is more we are looking for professional with excellent communication skills, who would be able to gain respect and trust and also feel comfortable in quickly changing environments. The good knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma is essential for this role (Green Belt is a must, Black Belt is a strong asset).
