On behalf of our client an international company we are currently looking for Content Review Senior Manager.
On this position you will be responsible for building and managing team through scope definition, recruitment, hiring, mentoring and stabilisation. Moreover, the Senior Manager will be in charge of setting the strategy and the annual operations plan defining any risks and issues , driving process improvements, maintaining positive relations with the business and acting as the escalation point for internal and external client. The manager will interact with the regional teams, local coordinators, commercial, medical and regulatory reviewers to ensure materials are prepared in the most efficient and lean manner. What is more the Manager will provide regular updates to internal stakeholders within the company.
We are seeking the candidates with minimum of 5 years of experience in handling content creation for a multinational company. Fluency in English Shared Services/Global Business Services experience running a team delivering relevant Service Line services to an international client base. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, ability to work in fast paced environments and great organizational skills to effectively balance a broad range of projects and tasks in parallel. Experience of using electronic tools for the material review process is preferred.
