Tasks
- Supporting Data Protection and Compliance team
- Work Stream Lead in the Governance Project.
- Maintaining and owning legal systems – OneTrust, Legal Register, Sanctions etc.
- Updating Group Policies and Standards, ensuring document quality and format.
- Driving yearly wheel for Policy and Standard update.
- Developing and maintaining trainings on Policies and Standards.
- Responding to requests and queries from the business on Policies, Standards and Guidelines. Communicating and following up on stakeholders across the organisation for input.
What you'll need to succeed
- Background in legal, document management, records retention or similar
- Experience with structuring and managing data and documents
- Meticulous personality with an eye for details and structure
- Open and service minded attitude
- Experience with OneTrust or other legal/compliance tech solutions is an advantage
- Experience with planning and managing projects, organising project groups, and policy/document management is an advantage
