Duties:
- Deliver engaging, relevant and timely content, including material for group meetings and events, digital channels and social media, and to support execution of company programs and objectives
- Work closely with the marketing, HR and business teams to deliver employee communications
- Develop communications plans and manage the execution and delivery of these communications plans
- Ensures internal messages are aligned and consistent across all mediums and in all departments
- Supports the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and employer branding activities in close partnership with HR department
- Delivers ad-hoc communication projects for management team

- Demonstrate broad communications management experience 3-5 years, ideally gained within professional services or in a world-class global organization, with strong working knowledge of the professional services sector
- Present first-class communications skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as consulting, listening and interpretation skills
- Represent fluent English language skills
- Demonstrate meticulous editing skills with very strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest-quality output
- Represent the ability to develop excellent working relationships with senior-level stakeholders and to influence those stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills
