Communications and Employer Branding Specialist
Miejsce pracy: KrakówAn international provider of advanced solutions for lifescience sector is currently looking for an experienced Communications and Employer Branding Specialist.

Role includes:
- Deliver engaging, relevant and timely content, including material for group meetings and events, digital channels and social media, and to support execution of company programs and objectives
- Work closely with HR, Talent Attraction, and Communication teams to deliver employee communications
- Prepare materials and execute communications plans (internal emails, newsletters, presentations, content for internal TV screens, intranet site content)
- Ensures internal messages are aligned and consistent across all mediums and in all departments
- Supports the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and employer branding activities in close partnership with HR department
- Manage social media activities, career website, and job portals
- Track and measure the effectiveness of EB activities in attracting candidates
Requirements:
Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrate broad communications and employer branding experience 2-3 years, ideally gained within professional services or in a world-class global organization
- Present first-class communications skills, including excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as consulting, listening and interpretation skills
- Is able to communicate fluently in English and Polish language
- Demonstrate meticulous editing skills with very strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest-quality output
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Knowledge of layout and graphic design principles would be an asset
