Communication/PR Specialist

Lokalizacja: Warszawa

Currently, for our Client – a leading FMCG company - we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Communication/PR Specialist.

 

About the job -> Key accountabilities:

             Coordinate media monitoring activity – ensuring press cuttings, are kept up to date and circulating them as required – ensuring that external profile is communicated internally.

             Maintain a list of key media contacts database

             Support the Corporate Communications Executives draft and distribute press releases and other communication materials, as agreed with the Manager of Communications.

             Provide support for internal communications activities, including contributing to the monthly newsletter, websites updates and others.

             Support colleagues in obtaining information, responding to requests, and drafting communications as required.

             To act as a point of contact for the corporate communications team, and to respond to telephone/email enquiries as appropriate.

             Provide administrative support to the corporate communications team ensuring that all expenditure is recorded and invoices processed in accordance with corporate policy. 

 

Requirements -> Essential Skills/Knowledge:

             2 years of experience in similar position 

             Fluency in Polish & English, written and spoken

             Excellent customer‐focused approach to communications that maintains confidentiality and security of corporate and personal information

             Ability to manage deadlines, timetables, multi‐tasking and competing priorities.

             Ability to work independently and complete tasks largely unsupervised

             Capable of maintaining quality whilst working under time pressure and adhering to deadlines Communication

             Strong organisational skills

             Ability to prioritise and balance competing demands
