Your new role
The person in this position will be responsible for the ordering process including order placement, production monitoring, delivery status reporting, payment tracking, shipment documentation, etc. Helps company partners on their logistics / import to ensure all required documents are in place. Daily collaboration with shippers, warehouse operations, suppliers and other third party logistics including. In addition, it conducts data entry and issues notices to the arrival of goods to customers and brokers. It will be daily work with large amounts of data (MS Excel).
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidate with these required skills to achieve goals: experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous, analytical skills, well-organisations. The person for this position should have understanding of sales and foreign purchase plus related commercial practices, team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication as well as customer service skills.
