Within this position you will be responsible for leading Collection Team. You will be ensuring the team is properly supporting customer conversations in contacting overdue customers. You will be carrying out 1-2-1 meetings, tracking and reporting SLA’s and team performance, supporting team members. You will also be identifying and implementing process improvements.
We are looking for candidates with fluent English – C1, previous experience in collections department and at least 2 years of experience in an operational team. Previous experience as a team leader/supervisor is also required. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
