Cloud Solution Manager
Location: Warszawa
In this role, you will be accountable for the management of the Operation solution team for all counties. These services (Supervision, ITSM, Log management, Notification, Automation, …) are essential to allow all Digital teammates to do their daily job. Those products have to be highly available. Your team is also in charge of building, optimizing and operating such products in a cloud native spirit, using by default managed services to be highly secure, reliable and scalable
Responsibilities:
· You are responsible to build the team strategy, organisation and project along with the team members and your stakeholders
· Responsible of defining and refining solutions/services requirements
· Your teams are in charge of training and developing other teams skills.
· Those solutions are your products thus you will act as a Product Team with a proper backlog full of user stories
· You personally tailor your product with a security and a performance lens
· You are a talented engineer able to develop, operate and deploy all necessary tools and practices
· You vow to automate everything that could be so
· Your main mission is to help Product teams stay focus on customers functionalities instead of building spending time on observability
Your background:
· You are obsessed with the quality / satisfaction of your service / product
· Technical background is a must
· You have experience with most of scalable cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
· You know the ITSM and performance tooling market
· You show strong leadership and human management skills. Also, you show a strong ability to work under high pressure and high demanding levels at the same time
· You are very practical and love to do things by yourself at the same time you also enjoy to accompany people and support their skills development
· Your communication skills and your capacity to influence are known to let you meet the challenges
