CLINICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER (Poland)

EastHORN Clinical Services in CEE Ltd is a clinical contract research organisation (CRO) serving global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the development of new medicines by conducting clinical trials throughout Central and Eastern Europe.

CLINICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER (Poland)

to be based in (Warsaw).

Responsibilities include:

- line management and mentoring of assigned clinical operations staff

- operational resource management and work allocation

- oversight of work quality of the assigned staff, detailed performance review and identification of training needs

- these responsibilities may be extended to cover staff in other countries of the region

- support to project management staff

- support in Business Development activities, coordination of project feasibility assessments

- support for regulatory submission and site contract negotiation processes

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:

- a university degree in medicine or life sciences, or certification in a related allied health
profession (e.g. nursing, medical or laboratory technology)
- a minimum of 5 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry or related field with 3 years minimum clinical monitoring experience preferred
- excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, ability to lead a clinical project team and to
encourage team members to seek solutions
- thorough working knowledge of drug development process, in particular monitoring and site
management skills
- ability to coach and mentor more junior clinical staff
