Responsibilities:
- Understanding the customer's business needs
- Providing support for foreign client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company (via telephone and email)
- Diagnosing and resolving client's issues related to companies product
- Changing data in internal system
- Processing of customer’s orders
- Building long term relationships with clients
- Supporting team in daily activities
Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken Italian language
- Good knowledge of English is a must
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems
- Ability to work well with clients to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to respond to customer needs quickly and thoroughly
- Self-starter who enjoys working in multinational environment
- Very good communication skills and superior listening skills
