For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Change Experience & Learning Lead
Location: remote / Warsaw
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 6 months
Rate: 80 – 125 PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: flexible, between 7:00 and 20:00
Remote work: 100% remote (possibility to work in client office in Warsaw)
Methodology: Scrum
What will you do:
- Supporting the design, development, and implementation of Change Experience strategies and tactical change & engagement plans; including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.
- Planning, assessing, and monitoring organizational readiness (e.g. change impact analysis, role mapping, etc.)
- Ensuring the organizational readiness as defined by organizational goals and objectives
- Developing and managing communications strategies and plans to ensure consistent, timely, and relevant messaging with affected stakeholders.
- Leading the development of content and materials used to support various communications and engagement activities.
- Assessing training needs, leading the development of training plans, and coordinating with internal and external partners on the development and delivery of training programs.
- Tracking delivery against the roadmap, anticipating and addressing potential barriers (risks & issues)

What we expect from you:
- Experience or exposure to working in agile teams including employing SAFE Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Bachelor39s degree or equivalent in change management, marketing, digital communications, psychology or design thinking
- 4-5 years experience leading change programs or IT solution adoption
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders in a challenging environment
- A strong background in understanding organizational dynamics with the ability to represent AS solutions, your customers demands and end users with a balanced view
- Translating abstract and complex solutions to easy to understand concepts through compelling yet simple visuals
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills and can build and leverage connections across the Regions
- Knowledge of PROSCI Change Management Methodology an advantage
- Willingness to work across time zones with regular meetings
- Fluent English speaking and outstanding written skills; French and/or German language skills highly desired
