For our Client, international financial services organisation located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Change Execution Risk Manager.
Your new role
Holding the role you will become a part of Global Risk team which is responsible for controlling non-financial risk. You will act as Change Execution Risk Subject Matter Expert including providing guidance, building effective working relationships with stakeholders, operating with influence to ensure that non-financial risks are managed effectively through the execution of change. You will work closely with other Risk Experts for Change Execution Risk to support and input towards risk oversight practices. Your main responsibilities will cover supporting the cascade of the global policy for Change Execution risk and monitor policy compliance. Review and challenge dispensations to the Policy and any variances/ deviations proposed by the Business to the Change Framework. You will manage the cascade of risk appetite and Change KPIs to the portfolios, providing risk appetite related advice and guidance to the line of defence. Your responsibilities will also include scoping, configuration of controls, assessment of inherent risk, control effectiveness and residual risk. You will support the line of defence with their execution of trigger event management e.g. in response to issues and events.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate, you need to holds proven experience as Change and Risk Manager, Operational Risk Manager, Global Risk Manager, Technology Risk Manager etc. You must hold extensive non-financial risk knowledge and sufficient expertise to face off appropriately to a variety of Risk Managers in the Group and also external parties. You should also hold experience in resilience risk management, key controls and processes. You must hold experience in Transformation and change management, dealing with complex problems, identifying and prioritising core requirements and translating them into a clear set of required activities that address the problem. Preferably you should have experience from global banking, commercial or investment banking products and processes with a strong understanding of the risk characteristics / profile of key products and channels. Due to work in international environment you must have fluent knowledge of English language.
