If you like to build a tower from little blocks, where reporting is not yet an excellent part of the business, you are then they key person for this project. The right candidate should have worked in big company, where goods and sold and serviced, where lots of operations are happening. Additionally, the right person needs to be a people manager.
Opis stanowiska
- Supervise and coordinate the annual budget preparation process and regular follow up
- Active involvement in business operations, pricing, cost, efficiency and other performance
- Very good understanding of costing, pricing procedures
- Team Management / being a partner and a leader
- Secure legal reporting and requirements, including tax reporting and tax compliance
- Cash planning, liquidity and funding
- Constantly evaluate and focus process improvements
- Actively participate in any M&A activities, prepare and evaluate investment requests, validate business cases and provide project support and project evaluation
Profil kandydata
- Understanding a competitive environment - being a business partner for other dept. and sparing partner for other Board Memebers
- Deep financial knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, accounting and KPI`s etc.
- Leadership skills
- A clear, listening and decisive person with high integrity
- Having a corporate view
- Ability to work in an environment, where some processes not yet work as expected
