Central Europe Planning Coordinator
Workplace: WarszawaYour responsibilities
- Coordinating decisions between Distribution planners, Marketing and Market related to stock coverage, based on the priorities
- Follow the stock availability for the catalogue, out of catalogue offers, sales support products and locally developed items on daily basis. Also be the first person in the organization responsible to highlight the supply risks on time
- Setup of the stock allocation function per products and per markets
- Act in the areas of supply chain to ensure proper KPI’s performance (provide information for execution to other departments and follow up)
- Prepare reports for Management
- Follow stock consumption per market in order to ensure fair share stock coverage
- Support for the CE Project & Planning Manager
What we are looking for
- BSc (or equivalent) Business or Engineering related field - supply chain management, logistics, production planning, economy discipline preferred
- At least 3 years in Supply Chain area in an international environment
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in Polish and English language
- Experience with JDA Fulfillment, TXT, SAP APO or other DRP/MRP (Distribution / Materials Resources Planning) software would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills (Excel fluency), detail orientation, and understanding for the big picture
- Ability to communicate and work at all levels in the organization
