- Support of the development and improvement in the areas of CDD Process Control Standards & KCT, iRisk CDD issues analysis, model validation, risk assessments on CDD processes, analyzing laws/regulations to determine possible operational impact, CAS items;
- Collaboration with the other CDD Pillar teams on matters of CDD Process Control Standards & KCT, iRisk CDD issues analysis, risk assessments on CDD processes, model validation, analyzing laws/regulations to determine possible operational impact, CAS items;
- Providing input to second line of defense on the KYC Policy from an operational impact perspective;
- Implementing change and will in case of existing KYC Controls, CDD Process Control Standards, Risk assessments, model validation, policy changes steer further development by initiating and driving new Epics, Features and Stories.
- You have a relevant track record of working in the area of CDD and thorough understanding of the current market and regulatory conditions and challenges that the financial industry faces,
- You have a relevant work experience as a CDD subject matter expert in areas of CDD Process Control Standard, CDD Risk assessments, CDD model validation in a large multi-national environment,
- You have a minimum of 3 years work experience in the financial services industry, preferably wholesale banking, retail, risk or compliance,
- You have an understanding of key regulations (such as FEC, ESR, FATCA, CRS) and their respective effects on the operational landscape of KYC including the interaction with the second line,
- You possess a thorough understanding of the entire customer life cycle of a client within a financial institution,
- You have the ability to build bridges by nature and are able to span between different levels, different people and different cultures,
- You represent a client focused attitude linked to a sound understanding of how to achieve operational excellence in a compliant environment,
- You have a Proactive, Can-Do, No Surprises and Positive mindset,
- You are a great communicator and have convincing and advisory skills with the ability to work at all levels within the organization,
- You are fluent in English.
