Job Description

You will be involved in a long-term project related to the development of new functionalities of the Customer Care System in Telecommunication.

 

Key responsibilities :

  • Business requirement collection and analysis
  • Business process mapping
  • Elaboration and update of project documentations
  • Coordination of work between business, developers and testers
  • Support during UAT Phases

Requirements

Key requirements:

  • Knowledge of UML, SQL and Enterprise Architect
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business / System Analysis related to the implementation of an IT Solution
  • Knowledge of Customer Care, CRM, Billing functional area in TELECOM
  • Knowledge of IT Project Management (Agile Approach)
