For our client, one of the world's leading facility services company headquartered in Denmark, we are looking for candidates interested in role of Business Process Consultant, GSS.

Your new company:
International company which has an established position on the market is opening new office in Warsaw. They cooperate with clients in fast growing industries.

Your new role:

The Business Process Consultant will report to Head of Business Process Excellence. Business processes within the GSS scope are Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Process standardization is of strategic importance for the company and will be a key driver to deliver cost savings to the enterprise by reducing complexity, delivering services more efficiently and effectively, and freeing up capacity to further growth.

The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for executing medium to high complexity initiatives like:
  • working closely with the country organizations and Global Process Owner(s) to develop and implement process standards and best practices,
  • working closely with Global Process Owner(s), Product Owner(s) and Data Owner(s) on improving the global Blueprint design for business processes, data and applications.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Ensuring correct use of methodology for process design and redesign
  • Utilizing process tool(s) for documenting and improving processes
  • Documenting processes and interfaces across processes
    • Documenting linkage between process, data and IT applications
    • Documenting linkage between process and identified operational risks and controls
    • Documenting linkage between process and process performance indicators
    • Delivering approved process documentation
    • Facilitate impact analysis in process improvement projects
    • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (i.e. LEAN) in projects
    • Communicate with all stakeholders in the organisation
    • Plan and apply change management activities

Personal & Professional Qualifications
  • Relevant Master’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience, including demonstrated project management and financial management experience
  • Experience with HOPEX, ARIS or a similar process modelling tool
  • Fluent in English – Required
  • Good project management skills
  • Is a team player and trust worthy
  • Highly motivated individual or is a self-starter and takes ownership of projects and tasks.
  • “Hands on” experience leading and supporting multi-country, multi-function projects like ERP implementations, lean projects etc.
  • Demonstrated success in use of Lean Six Sigma thinking, systems, and tools
