Business Office Manager
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaResponsibilities
- Close cooperation with finance, purchasing and human resources department.
 - Support and coordination of key processes in the above mentioned departments for a subordinate European country (England).
 - Coordinating local HR and payroll tasks.
 - First point of contact for employees (advising on employment law).
 - Local point of contact for P2P process from the purchase request to timely payments.
 - Local point of contact with regards to procurement activities for local and central teams.
 - Coordinating invoicing/payment issues with the Accounting SSC.
 - Support on tax related matters (e.g. transfer pricing/SLA).
 - Participation in the implementation of operational changes and improvements.
 - Supervision and general administrative support for local managing directors (e.g. supplies, equipment).
 
Requirements
- Fluency in English (C1)
 - German Language (min. B1)
 - Other languages would be an advantage
 - Higher education (finance, economics, administration, HR)
 - Extensive business experience and economic background
 - Interest in Finance/HR related topics
 - Determination and focus on further development
 - Strong interpersonal skills
 - Recognized ability to meet multiple deadlines by maintaining high level organization
 - Excellent communication skills
