Business Intelligence Product Owner
Business Intelligence Product Owner

Main responsibilities:
- Works closely with developers and business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, product roadmaps for analytics and reporting solutions
- Draws upon customer insights to drive the software product vision and direction
- Provides leadership in identifying and defining ongoing product features that align with business strategy
- Uses technical and product expertise to prioritize deliverables and manage backlog of requests. Owns the product backlog. Makes sure Development Team works effectively on defined priorities.
- Validates the solutions and accepts or not the quality from the end-users' point of view
- Provides regular updates to all stakeholders, sponsors and the Development Team; manages executive stakeholder communication and reporting.
- Act as a single point of contact for ongoing support and services. Triages needs, engages various technical teams, as needed, routes requests to correct owners, and ensures support is provided to internal or external satisfaction.
- Actively engages in agile process, including daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities, as well as training and change management activities, as needed.
- Controls the financial aspects of the project (billing, time spent on chargeable projects).
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
- At least 2 years of experience as Product Manager/Owner or in similar role
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics and business intelligence environment
- Organized, able to work independently and effectively manage workload
- Highly self-motivated and showing initiative, flexible and collaborative.
- Experience in using Business Intelligence, data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Qlik View, Spotfire, PowerBI,
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of SQL, Python, R. is nice to see
