Business Development Manager
For our Client can to further develop sales, we are looking for an extra business development manager based in Poland.

Our Client is a producer of innovative high-tech coatings that optimize the greenhouse climate in international horticulture, a niche market.
Opis stanowiska
- Territorial responsibility for clients in Poland (80%), Czech Republic, Slovakia.
- The key task is to obtain the largest possible share of greenhouse climates solutions in the assigned territory at a desirable price.
- Development and execution of sales plan in line with corporate sales strategy.
- You will have to effectively apply knowledge and skill in creating an acceptable balance of the customer's needs and the company's current capabilities.
- You must develop sufficient knowledge of a customer's business to enable shaping the supply needs into specifications that the company can readily and profitably provide.
- In this role, the education of clients/distributors (showing business advantages) is as well important as sales.
- Preparation and submission of on-time required reports to the management, including reports of the noteworthy market, customer, and competitive developments in the assigned territory.
- The job also requires the ability to deal with extended travel and absences from home
- Assist the area marketeer with a communication plan for your area.
- Follow up relevant campaigns by selecting prospects, defining the right approach to contact end-users.
- Assist marketing in your area and participate in events and exhibitions.
Profil kandydata
- You have already some (international) sales experience
- You have excellent knowledge of horticulture
- You are graduated with a bachelor degree
- You have a driving license
- You have good knowledge of MS office and are used to working with a CRM system (we work with Salesforce)
- You are a Polish resident, speaks fluently English and preferable some Russian
- You are adventurous and have no problem traveling to surrounding countries regularly
- You have a home office
