Our Client is an engineering company that has been designing unique solutions for the industrial and environmental protection sectors in the field of dust extraction technology for many years. The company's portfolio includes technological solutions for industry, commercial and public facilities in the "turnkey" formula. Over the last few years, thanks to the company's products, more than 20 electrostatic precipitators in CHP plants in Poland and abroad have been modernized.
Due to the constant development of the organization and the number of implemented projects, we are looking for an experienced person interested in the role of Business Development and Sales Manager for our Client. The dedicated place of work is Warsaw. Hybrid work.
The main goal of the employed person will be to increase the sales of equipment and services offered by the company in the context of existing and new clients. This person will also be responsible for defining sales plans, strategies and targets over time. The Manager cooperates with domestic and foreign business partners on a daily basis, developing key relationships and managing the Sales Team.
Due to the wide range of tasks that await the interested Candidate, we are looking for a person with experience in a similar position with technical background and extensive knowledge of the market. The ideal candidate should also be characterized by strong business awareness and proactivity in action. When cooperating with foreign clients, the candidate is also expected to be able to communicate in English.
The company offers permanent, stable employment based on an employment contract and an interesting salary with an annual financial bonus.
