For our Client, leading on global level provider of end-to-end, integrated Retail and Supply Chain Planning and Execution solutions, we are searching for Business Consultants to join their team of the most advanced Supply Chain experts in the CEE region.
Job specification:
- Works as a member of a consulting team on Company’s product implementation/enhancement or customer audit projects
- Works with customer business and IT teams during all project implementation phases
- Serves as a functional expert and participates in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users
- Implements, configures, tunes Company’s product to given functional specifications in the implementation, carries out tasks towards modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers’ business objectives
- Collaborates with Solution Architect to document and communicate business cases to Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements
- Develops and executes test scripts to ensure the implemented Company’s software meets agreed acceptance criteria
- Provides training and leadership to small implementation teams (Company or customer) as necessary
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Supply Chain processes in Manufacturing companies (e.g. FMCG, CPG, fashion, automotive, etc.)
- Strong business knowledge of the overall S&OP process (across demand management, contract manufacturing, process manufacturing, factory planning and scheduling, supply chain optimization, replenishment/fulfillment)
- Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications (Manugistics/i2, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, or similar)
- Strong analytical and process mapping skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across Europe as required (up to 75%, usually Monday-Thursday on the majority of weeks throughout the year)
- Business level fluency in English (min. B2), both spoken and written
Optional requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Fluency in additional European languages would be a plus
