Business Analytics & Insights ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Major Accountabilities:
- Manage the key processes in the area of Business Intelligence: market research, competi-tive intelligence, strategic and operational planning, including market demand planning and sales force objectives setting for business Provide performance insights, recommendations and drive key commercial decisions.
- Provide the business intelligence analysis to support business decision-making process.
- Partner in monitoring of performance, evaluation of opportunities, maintenance of fact base and related processes
- Support creation and maintenance of company KPI’s scorecard and relevant performance management processes. Adaptation of existed report to precise business needs.
- Support sales managers to efficient lead a team by precise in-sights on national, regional and territory level
- Support alignment between Marketing strategies and sales promotional goals
- Close cooperation with different supporting teams
- Drive RX business fact base, market scanning and evaluations to identify and explore upcoming market opportunities at optimal setup and fit to company goals..
- Support demand planning for RX products
- Support in preparation to Business reviews
- Partner in strategic projects and evaluations
Requirements:
- Min 3 years industry experience on similar positions in international pharmaceutical or FMCG companies (multi-/cross-functional team experience and project management).
- Graduate Degree in Economics/Statistics. Recommended additional studies or courses on Business Intelligence
- English fluent in writing and speaking
- Analytical thinking and numerical skills.
