For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Business Analyst
Location: Cracow
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: To the end of 2022 (possible to extend)
Rate: 950-1150 PLN/day net + VAT
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: business hours
Remote work: 100% remote
You have:
– at least 1 year of experience in a risk control or related environment
– a degree in STEM disciplines, banking and finance, or relevant work experience
– knowledge of risk methodology, quantitative analysis, treasury or finance related topics
– strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
– previous exposure or familiarity to project development/project management approaches
– exposure to working under the Agile methodology is a plus
You are:
– an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
– a flexible, resilient team player with a positive attitude
– adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
– known for your can-do attitude when tackling daily tasks
Your role:
Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you have a knack for analyzing credit & firmwide risk? Do you know how to solve problems and manage projects efficiently? We are looking for someone like this who can help us:
– survey, analyze and evaluate processes, products and services
– conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting end user interviews
– provide documentation of processes and business requirements
– support business architects by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
– find and implement solutions
– collaborate with Risk Methodology, Risk IT and respective Finance counterparts to deliver the above tasks
– support project management tasks
