For our client we are looking for:
Business Analyst
Location: 100 % remote
Form of employment: contract b2b via HAYS
Salary rates: 80 – 112 net / h
Recruitment process: 1 interview
Tasks:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Support the organization of workshops with external consultants and operational teams to establish requirements for new workflow designs
- Review a variety of functional areas in Outsourcing Controlling and Operational Risk, including digitization of oversight processes (e.g. Due Diligence questionnaires, KPI Monitor & Control, Net Asset Value calculations, etc) relating to different banking functions
- Configure pre-existing workflows for differing banking operational areas
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications, implementation, optimization and modification of the workflow
- Delivery of remote & on-site trainings
- Preparing and updating process and training documentation
- Testing, and co-ordination of testing, of new functionalities, including working with external partners on testing
- Demonstrating initiative and job knowledge by suggesting ideas, discovering new and better ways of accomplishing goals
- Support the monitoring of project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Support the process of system Change Request management, including prioritization of requests based on business cases
- Support the process of user maintenance, including establishing access rights as well as controlling of onboarding/offboarding of users"
Expectations:
Must Have
- 3 years in business analysis role on complex projects across countries or regions
- Understanding of banking/financial services industry and/or shared services organizations
- Experience in business analysis, solution design, change & implementation or consulting activities"
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio and business analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
Nice to have:
- Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP/CCBA)
- Knowledge of SQL Query syntax of benefit
