Business Analyst / Project Manager (Risk)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for F2B execution of a project/ or number of projects under RBPL Program. This includes full accountability of analysis & scoping, business engagement & buy in, definition of delivery and resourcing plan, internal & external communications
• Lead the analysis into a wide range of tasks including the deployment of risk sensitivities and P&L /P&L Attribution in the risk management platform, and ability to deploy resolution of RBPL issues front-to-back
• Ensure project delivery, execute governance and control processes like preparing timely status reporting or escalating risks & issues to business partners in a timely fashion

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience, preferably as BA/PM in investment bank (Risk divisions)
• Strong Business Analysis skills (writing BRDs, preparing test cases, analyzing data, etc.)
• In-depth experience of Project Management (organizing workshops, preparing minutes from meetings, building strong relationships with stakeholders, etc.)
• Understanding of regulatory landscape and timeline
• Perform / coordinate impact assessments across credit risk stakeholder groups for regulatory submission
• Deep understanding of market risk
