For our Client, a fast growing Shared Service Center based in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Business Analyst (Cost Effectiveness Analyst).
On this position you will be responsible for analyzing the structure of a business, identifying problems within a business, using data modelling techniques, oversee the implementation of new technology and system. Moreover, you will be in charge of communication of the benefits of new strategies to all stakeholders and conducting workshops and training sessions.
We are seeking candidates with previous experience on a similar position gained in an international environment. Fluency in English is a must as well as understanding of project management techniques and computing system. The ideal candidate should present very good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
